At Baby Dwelling, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order on www.babydwelling.in.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders — no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

Free Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Express Shipping (₹250): 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Baby Dwelling is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, Baby Dwelling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels.

5. Taxes

All orders within India are inclusive of GST.
No additional charges apply after checkout (except COD handling fees, if applicable).

6. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders can be prepaid using the available payment methods at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.
A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹125 applies to all COD orders.
Baby Dwelling reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or during high-demand sale periods.

7. Returns Shipping

For return-related information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid return labels are available within India.
A flat return shipping fee may be deducted unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
