The Boundless Carrier offers three carrying positions: front inward-facing, front outward-facing and back carrying, allowing you to adapt as your baby grows. Always follow the age and developmental requirements for each position.

Your baby should have strong, independent head and neck control and be tall enough for their face to remain above the carrier panel. Our previous product guidance specifies a weight range of 5.9–10 kg for outward-facing carrying.

Yes! Our one-size, adjustable design is made to accommodate different body types. Adjustable straps help you customise the fit for comfortable everyday carrying.

Our Boundless Carrier is crafted from 100% organic cotton. It's machine washable on a delicate cycle, and we recommend gentle spot-cleaning for everyday care.

The Boundless Carrier is reported to have Hip-Healthy Product recognition from the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI). Its ergonomic design supports the natural M-position, where your baby's thighs are supported and their knees sit higher than their bottom.

Prepaid orders are generally processed on the same day, while COD orders are processed within one working day. Delivery within India typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

Your Boundless Carrier comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. If you notice a manufacturing defect, email support@babydwelling.com with your order number and photographs. Our team will guide you through the warranty process.
