Welcome to Baby Dwelling India. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement,” “Terms,” or “Terms of Service”) carefully before using www.babydwelling.in (“the Site”) operated by Baby Dwelling India (“Baby Dwelling,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, including browsing, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

All content on this Site—including text, logos, graphics, product images, packaging designs, and brand names—are the property of Baby Dwelling India and are protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Baby Dwelling.


2. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
  • Misuse of the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and process a refund.
  • Prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Baby Dwelling reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or incorrect pricing.


4. Payment

  • We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets, and other methods listed at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • You agree that Baby Dwelling is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateways.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard delivery across India.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary by location.
  • Delivery delays due to courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items (such as embroidered initials) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Redeemable only on www.babydwelling.in.
  • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.


8. Promotional Codes

  • Only one promo code may be used per order.
  • Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Baby Dwelling reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time without notice.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Baby Dwelling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.


10. Warranty

  • Baby carriers are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
  • Accessories (bags, pouches, etc.) are covered for 6 months.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
