At Baby Dwelling, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully for purchases made on www.babydwelling.in.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to:

  • India  from www.babydwelling.in

  • United States (USA)  from www.babydwelling.com

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)  www.babydwelling.ae

  • Free standard delivery is available in India and the USA on all orders, with no minimum spend.

  • Shipping charges apply for orders delivered to the UAE.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

India

  • Free Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (₹250): 2–4 business days

United States (USA)

  • Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping ($15): 2–3 business days

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Standard Shipping (AED 25): 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (AED 50): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Baby Dwelling is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • Once marked as “delivered” by the courier, Baby Dwelling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels.

 

5. Duties & Taxes

  • All Indian orders are inclusive of GST.

  • For shipments to the UAE, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No additional duties apply for deliveries within India or the USA.

 

6. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available at checkout, except where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within India.

  • A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹125 is applicable on all COD orders.

  • COD is not available for orders shipped to the United States (USA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Baby Dwelling reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or during high-demand sale periods.

7. Returns Shipping

  • For returns, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy].

  • In India & USA: prepaid return labels are available. A flat fee may be deducted unless the item is defective.

  • In UAE: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
