Return & Refund Policy

At Baby Dwelling India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized or personalized items (such as embroidered initials) are non-returnable, unless defective.

  • Used or damaged products (unless due to a manufacturing defect) will not be accepted.

2. Process

  • Email us at support@babydwelling.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions to complete the return.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Exchanges are processed for items of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

 

3. Festive Sale & Discounted Products

  • Orders placed during festive sales, special promotions, or discount periods are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.

  • Any such damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs and the order number for verification.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be issued. No monetary refunds will be provided on discounted or festive sale purchases.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@babydwelling.com with photos and your order number.

  • After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, as applicable.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during festive sales or special discount events (refunds not applicable)

 

6. Warranty

  • Baby carriers: 6 months manufacturing warranty

  • Accessories: 3 months manufacturing warranty

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.

7. Free Delivery Promise

We are proud to offer free standard delivery across India and the USA. Returns and exchanges remain subject to the conditions outlined above.
